The title of this work derives from the Indian religion: Shiva is in fact one of the most important male deities, bearer of destruction or of life, to whom a vast vastness of appellations are referred to indicate its power; the same is in fact associated with both death and immortality, showing how capable of everything. This dualism is resumed by Rabarama creating the holes between the alveoli, thus destroying the continuity of the epidermis, but allowing what is inside to shine. The artist's idea is to be able to free the soul and the energy that are inside the figure in order to flow from one being to another. If in the beginning the research of Rabarama on the human genome and on the cells, represented by the hexagons, aimed at the idea that we were forced to predetermine and chained to an already written destiny, the evolution of the artist's thought thanks to the study of ancient religions as the Indian one has led to the evaluation of a possibility of openness to the outside, which allows the energy we have in ourselves to spread and interact with other beings and the universe that surrounds us.
